FROM APHONIA TO DYSPHONIA

Photo courtesy of House of Laser

A young lady visited my clinic with symptom of dysphonia and mild dyspnea.
Laryngoscopy showed adductor paresis of left true cord. She complained aphonia before evolving to dysphonia within weeks.
Look for true cord position during phonation(upper photo) and inspiration (lower photo).
We look forward to see the outcome of laser therapy in her case.
